Entry requirements
Jordan entry requirements for Canadians
Do Canadians need a visa for Jordan?
Visa required. Single-entry visa on arrival costs 40 JOD (typically 30-day stay) at Queen Alia airport and most land borders — but NOT at the King Hussein/Allenby Bridge crossing, where the visa must be obtained in advance. The Jordan Pass (bought online before arrival) waives the visa fee only if you stay a minimum of two nights (3 days); otherwise the fee is charged on departure.
Passport valid at least 6 months beyond arrival. Always confirm on the official source before you travel.
