Everything you need to know about working with Lisa.
What does a travel advisor do?
A travel advisor plans and coordinates your whole trip — flights, hotels or resorts, cruises, transfers, insurance and activities — and advocates for you with suppliers before, during and after you travel. You get their expertise, perks you often can't access alone, and a real person to reach if a flight changes or something goes wrong.

When should you use a travel advisor?
Best for trips that matter or have several moving parts: all-inclusive vacations, cruises, destination weddings, honeymoons, group or family travel, and custom itineraries. For a single simple hotel night, booking yourself is fine — but once there's money, complexity or stakes involved, an advisor saves you time, money and peace of mind.
Usually not. Most vacation packages, cruises and resorts are commissioned by the supplier at no extra cost to you, and you often get added perks, upgrades and better protection. Lisa is always transparent about any planning or service fee up front.
