Do Canadians need a visa for Poland?
No visa for stays up to 90 days in any 180-day period (Schengen). The EU's biometric Entry/Exit System (EES) has been fully operational since 10 April 2026 — passports are no longer stamped and your fingerprints, facial image and passport data are recorded digitally at the border. The separate ETIAS travel authorisation (€20 online, free for under-18s and over-70s) is not yet in operation and no applications are being accepted; the EU will announce the start date several months in advance — check before you fly.
