Entry requirements
Australia entry requirements for Canadians
Do Canadians need a visa for Australia?
There is no visa-free entry — Canadian passport holders must obtain an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA, subclass 601) before flying. It can only be applied for through the Australian ETA app, with an AUD 20 service charge. The eVisitor (subclass 651) is for eligible European passport holders only and is not available to Canadians.
Passport valid for the duration of your stay. Always confirm on the official source before you travel.
