Welcome to Lisa’s Travel Design. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Lisa’s Travel Design (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides travel planning, booking, consultation, and related services including but not limited to:
Flights, hotels, vacation packages, insurance, car rentals, cruises
Wedding and group travel planning
Custom itineraries and promotions
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, or tour companies.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are made by Lisa’s Travel Design on your behalf and paid directly to the third-party supplier unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed through Lisa and recorded accordingly. Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier terms at the time of payment.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Travel Insurance
Refunds are not issued by Lisa’s Travel Design. Any credit, cancellation, or refund request must be handled through the third-party supplier directly.
Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be provided upon request. We are not liable for missed flights, delays, or losses due to events beyond our control.
4. Service Fees
Service fees may apply for time-intensive consultation or research and are set at Lisa’s discretion. These fees are paid prior to any service being rendered and are determined by the complexity and time invested in the file.
If the client proceeds with booking, the service fee may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. If no booking is made after work has been completed, the fee is non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when completing the travel profile or speaking with our team.
We are not liable for any issues, airline change fees, or check-in problems that arise from incorrect or missing information.
6. Limitations of Liability
Lisa’s Travel Design is not responsible for supplier performance, changes, or failures (e.g. delays, cancellations, denied entry, etc.)
We make every effort to communicate updates, but clients are ultimately responsible for reviewing all travel confirmations, entry requirements, and terms.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: non-payment, unreasonable requests, or policy violations.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting our services, completing a travel profile, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
